Book Review: The Temple Is Not My Father, by Rasana Atreya

India is a potpourri of religions and cultures, and with those come traditions and customs that have been followed since generations, sometimes blindly. This year has brought out, at least to me, one such custom in particular. First through a blog meet, and then through a book documentary, the Devadasi system had got my attention.
